Apple proffers three solutions to Customers complaints on iPhone's Battery Challenges for 2018

Apple finally told it's customers that its doing everything possible to solve battery issues in a press release recently. After, apologizing on the issue, Apple stated three possible ways the issues will be resolved in 2018. A snapshot of it is provided below.

Apple said that it will made battery replacement possible for I phones which warranty period is over for a price of $29. And this will start rolling out in late January 2018.

The second way Apple intend dealing with the solution is the provision of iOS software update that will improve battery management.

Finally, Apple promises that its "team is working on ways to make the user experience even better, including improving how we manage performance and avoid unexpected shutdowns as batteries age."

In conclusion, the tech giant promises that it will continue to do everything to ensure customers' trust and faith in their product.
